My brother is partially paralyzed and uses a wheelchair. Getting regular massages really helps his muscles stay loose, minimize cramps and muscle pain, etc. Unfortunately, he also has severe developmental disabilities, is mostly nonverbal, and really does not like to be touched without his consent, so we have a really hard time getting massage therapists who are willing to work with him and build a rapport, etc. Doc from Muscle Mind is fantastic. He had a great vibe with my brother immediately and was able to quickly pick up on his nonverbal cues to be able to deliver a relaxing and effective massage. Doc is always upbeat and happy to go the extra mile and assist with transfers, helping him get clothes on/off, etc. Would recommend him wholeheartedly for adults and kids with disabilities, especially CP, ASD, etc.
