If you are a new client, please fill out the intake form. From there, you will be able to schedule and pay for your first appointment, which has 15 added minutes to go over your intake form.
Returning Clients may schedule and pay for their next appointment using the “Returning Client Scheduler” button.
Although I am not a counselor/psychotherapist, I can use my Master’s Degree in counseling psychology, over 10,000 hours of counseling experience, and my history of life and fitness coaching to help you achieve your goals.
